RESPONSIBILITY - Biomass traceability and certification
I build a traceability network for biomass energy used in the supply chain on the entire chain of custody by collecting data on types of biomass used, quantities, and origin.
I gather evidence to prove this chain of custody, including, but not limited to invoices, documents proving the type of biomass, documents proving the origin, pictures, etc. The documentary evidence is enough to pass an external audit on biomass.
I work with Decathlon internal stakeholders in production, process and SD COE to align the strategy on biomass sustainability, and ensure that the biomass energy used by suppliers is compliant with our minimum standards.
I work with external stakeholders to build a biomass certification standard.
I ensure no restricted biomass is being used.
I build standards and documentation for biomass traceability
I build a five-year traceability and certification plan for biomass energy
